Why was I charged for a 15-minute session?

To ensure that our tutors are properly compensated for their time, once a session has reached at least 5 minutes in duration, the minimum length for a session is 15 minutes. For instance, if a session was 13 minutes long, the session will be billed at 15 minutes.
