Declined credit/debit card transactions can happen for many reasons. Either your card has expired, your card was canceled, you've entered the wrong zip code, or the bank has declined it for some other reason. If your card is current, then please call your bank to resolve the issue and try processing the charge again.
If the declines continue, please try using another card.
If you have an outstanding balance with us due to failed payment(s), you must successfully retry the charges on the billing page before you can continue to receive tutoring.
