Why am I getting a pop-up about technical difficulties?

Pop-up during lesson, internet speed, billing for lesson with technical difficulties

The technical difficulties pop-up appears if the internet connection is lost or the internet speed is slow. If this happens, please check your internet connection and speed to continue to use the Pear Deck Tutor platform. 

If this pop-up appears during a session, the student will not be charged for the technical difficulties. The student will be charged for the tutoring time which happened before and after the technical difficulties.
